Don't worry, wasn't seen as an attack :)
I was required to upload a pup key for using bzr on the shell, but
signing the Ubuntu Code of Conduct is optional.
Besides SSH keys I didn't upload any keys, and was able to branch.

SSH was required when I started a branch in kicad-newlib.
