Convert hand-coded dialogs to wxFormBuilder

Hello,

I have begun converting all hand-coded dialogs to wxFormBuilder. This task
may take sometime since I'm pretty busy this week but I'll do every chance I
got. Any suggestion in this transition is appreciated since I'm quite new to
the development.
