It's your call if you want to remove it or not since you are the one actually
doing work. From a user stand point, it isn't obvious what it actually does
and the same thing is done (without the plotting) when the plot button is
pressed so it seems a bit redundant to me. If the user changes the settings
without plotting, they could be updated when the dialog is closed.
