Compiling KiCAD on Vista

Hi,
           I tried sending this mail earlier but I think it did not go
through. I am trying to Compile KiCAD using MinGW- CodeBlocks on Vista. Is
there any tutorial how to proceed? Is it possible to compile just eeschema
as a start?
