*NOTE:* The source code to these tools is not being made public at this time.

I don't think this fair to the OSX builder.  We need a procedure that works on
all 3 platforms, don't we.

Inkscape is available on OSX, no?

I've looked into about 7 tools the other day.  My guess is that someone needs to
step up and write one or create a patch to pngcrush.
