My changes were so minor that it didn't seem all that necessary to add my name
to the commit.  Can you use more that one --author option on a bazaar commit?

This is completely understandable so no apology required.  I knew you had
infinitely more important things to attend to than Kicad.  That is why I went
ahead and made the CMakeList.txt changes.  Hopefully your situation is improving.
