Hello,
In attachment you can find 33 svg files redrawn for a better look and
usability. They should all replace the current .svg ones.
I have also included new ico files as well as .icns files up to 128pt
useful for OS X builds. I would suggest to replace the current whole
icons folder content with this one.

I am not sure how important it can be but I'd like to suggest to
rename some folders as follows:
bitmaps_png -> artwork
sources -> svg
