Hello,
in attachment you can find two new .svg icons redrawn and a new
version of the manual pcbnew_en.

The following improvements were made:
- import and export icons are a little more visible
- the pcbnew manual has been restyled and is now consistent with the
others manuals
- the pcbnew manual was lightly corrected/improved here and there. (a
good review from somebody who knows Kicad well and speaks good English
would be great)

The only 2 problems with pcbnew manual is that:
- screenshots still needs to be updated
- the bloody libreoffice page numbering resets at each chapter (I
really do not know how to fix it).
