[PATCH] cvpcb en manual reviewed

Dear jean-pierre,
in attachment you can find pdf file and .odt file of the en cvpcb
manual after the following improvements:
- Wayne has reviewed the English the content and more
- some minor style changes
- some icons and screenshots were updated
