Yes, the idea is that when you switch layers, even when you push 'V' for
via (or +/- for simple layer
change), it should change the grayed out layers.

And it seems to do it perfectly, so who coded the behaviour was thinking
the same.

So the H,V,+,-,W, is the method I'm used to.
