      It's always good when a feature suggestion comes with a patch,
could you please share it on the list and I will check it?

     What kind of value do you highlight? a certain net?

PS: I hope that this kind of functionality could be shared in a near
future via scripting plugins, so the less popular things can be kept
by people as plugins (no need to recompile the whole KiCad), and
the most popular get just into the C++ code :-)
