An 'incorrect' behaviour to be decided...

In eeschema the 'cleanup sheet' function simply removes inexistant hier
ports.

However ports that have changed type are unaffected.

I propose to either:

a) remove them too or
b) change port type on the sheet item too (maybe with a warning)
