Thanks for stepping up and adding circular interpolation support to 
Pcbnew.  I know some folks will be concerned about board houses that 
don't support the G02/G03 codes but I would think they would be far and 
few in between.  I doubt there are many (any?) board vendors in the US 
that do not support this.
