Thank you for your interest in KiCad. I agree, it is already very
powerful.

Now I am not suggesting you to start and write a book, but perhaps you
could write a Tutorial (in French if you like). If you get a lot of
feedback from the readers, then  it might be worth to start thinking of
writing a book.

At the moment internationalization of the website/tutorials is not the
highest priority, because it would take time away improving the
existing documentation. But, it's open source, and nobody will stop you
from writing a French tutorial. It might be that you don't receive so
much feedback, since not everybody might be able to easily read in
French (I haven't spoken much French in the last 20 years or so).
