To build the documentation, you only need doxygen, python, and swig,

mkdir build-doc
cd build-doc
cmake ../kicad.bzr  -DKICAD_SCRIPTING=ON
cd pcbnew
make doxygen-python


I must learn about how to create a mainpage from python into doxygen...
