Re: footprint library help needed

 

While I agree with the time valuation, hobbyists using KiCad do not
necessarily spend lots of money on screen real estate. Besides, it doesn't
mean large resolution screens are placed in landscape mode. I myself have
my main monitor in portrait because code is what is displayed most often on
it. That being said, for 1280px, we can even go to 30 characters and that
still leaves at least as much for the Description column.

I'll indeed need commit rights to the library repo.
