Actually Cairo is not very good even for precision printing, but at
least it's better than the wx printing system :D (otherwise I wouldn't
have built from scratch the PDF generator...)

Disabling it maybe is too much (the result is actually quite good) but
maybe adding something like (!!!SLOW!!!) near the menu entry could be
a good idea.
