They added glue to an elastomeric connector (the thing keeping the LCD
glass in watches...) in short :D

Had seen before in 3M catalogue, but never seen it sold anywhere.

Be careful anyway, 0.3 ohm is *not* trascurable for some uses. And it
could have a terrible amount of parasitic capacitance (it could be
modeled as a grid of capacitors...)
