In general, how is the process to contribute to the library ? Is it
essentially sending pull-requests on the public github, or is there
some bazaar repository backing that to send patches against ?

(Background: I'd like to submit a deletion of a couple of superfluous
PostScript files that are pretty big right now (they do exsists in a
bit more compressed PDF as well. See the thread with the HUGE files I
started a couple of days back).
