This has already been discussed and it slated to happen after Dick's DLL
work is complete.  This task will be simplified once both the schematic
and board base code can be run from the same process.  That's why it
hasn't happened yet.  But getting rid of CvPcb has agreed upon a long
time ago.  Given Henner's excellent work on the component selection
dialog, I have all the confidence that he would do a fine job on a
footprint selection dialog.
