Hello,

Today I was design a part and found a important bug on the pcbnew. If you
export settings from one pad and apply using new pad settings to other pad
the offset and clearance value isn't applied.

I have some background on C/C++ and software development but the project is
a little big to me, can you help to know where should I start to fix that
bug?
