Many m_out->Print( aNestLevel, ...) have very bad tabs formatting, and
there are also a lot of other serious coding style issues.
Before commit 4887, the file formatting was very good, it is now not
easily readable.

I already know - I apologize for that. It was a mistake, it seems that I
had done modifications on an old file. I have already sent a patch that
fixes code formatting to Dick, but I would be very grateful if you could
apply it.
