Hi OSX guys,

with a little bit of help from Marco I was able to fix some (maybe even most?) of the annoying redraw artifacts when moving objects (frequently seen in eeschema, library editor, and pcbnew).
Fixes are available in my kicad branch on launchpad (https://code.launchpad.net/~stegmaier/kicad/kicad-osx) in revisions 4940 and 4941.

I am sure that Marco (or anybody else?) will commit the fixes to the main branch when he finds some spare time.
Meanwhile, anybody willing to test can pull the fixes/diffs from my branch or directly try my branch - it is pretty up-to-date (rev. 4932 of main branch).

Feedback is welcome - especially I didn’t try any scripting build with wxPython (apart from a short compile test of new wxpython patch only).
