Years ago, inches + 3.4 format *was* the high resolution (it was the
internal Pcbnew resolution, and therefore creates no rounding issue).

Sometimes, over the years, some interesting features disappear, due to
code re-factory or some other obscure reason.
Like using netcodes as netnames in spice netlists.

At least with my 2 test boards, yes.
