I was aware of that, therefore I conducted my tests on boards that 
contained modules with Edge.Cuts line inside (not just in the module 
editor). I slightly modified one condition in zone filling algorithm to 
take edges in modules into account.
Other tests went without any problems: printing Edge.Cuts layer, 
plotting (PDF & Gerbers), SVG export, Specctra export & 3D viewer. Does 
anything else comes to your mind?
