Thank you for add it Jean-Pierre !
I will now be able to do some more improvements and take it from your revision.
I hope now more people can test it, special, openGL compatibility with older systems and model files correctness parsing and rendering.

I committed your patch with minor fixes:
- about coding style policy.
- when compiling on Windows (2 files: 3d_canvas.cpp and 3d_draw.cpp need
to include glew.h to avoid undefined values).
I don't know if include glew.h is also needed on OSX (it is not needed
on Linux).
OSX guys have to test the compilation.
