This usually would show up if you pretend to send something with a
@yahoo.com address without actually going through their SMTP server.

I think the problem is the bugtracker: it sends messages not from some
kicad-bugtracker@... address, but sends it as-if it was coming from a
particular user. Which is bad and rightfully is warned about being
potential SPAM, as it impersonates someone.

Also, the bugtracker always sends stuff directly to users (instead to
a mailing-list of subscribed users), which I find as well disturbing
-- that way all bugtracker mails always show up as directly sent to me
and it is harder to filter.

That bugtracker has some serious mail configuration issues, it behaves
very badly.
