Committed yesterday; now the text module dialog contains the layer combo like
for graphics item.

Like graphic items, starts by default on silk, after that you can change
the layer. This is for both reference/value and user text, so you can
add module text to comments or whatever.

Heavy testing is of course appreciated :D
