Everyone, please read the responses to your questions and any questions
similar to yours carefully!  This cmake option has been listed at least
5 or 6 times in the past few weeks on the mailing list and we are still
having the same issue.  It is a major time burden on the developers
answering the same questions over and over again.  Hopefully we will get
the autobuilders for OSX up and running soon so you can just download
the latest OSX bundle and install it on your machine rather than build
from source.
