I had a look to you silkscreen Gerber file (rfidAndPOE-F_SilkS.gto)
I used Gerbview, Gerb and GCPrevue.
The silkscreen file looks good with all these viewers.
None are reporting errors or warnings.
GCPrevue is the *reference* for Gerber file viewers.
Even Ucamco (the maintainer of Gerber format) uses GCPrevue to test
their files.
Ucamco has also tested some Kicad Gerber files: they are very good.
Therefore it is unlikely this file is broken.
However Ucamco said me some (old) Gerber readers do not like the 4.6
format, and this is the only one reason the 4.5 option exists.
You should ask your board maker to test your files with GCPrevue.
If the silkscreen looks good with GCPrevue, this is a hackvana issue.
You also try to use the 4.5 format (not recommended, but sometimes needed).
