There is an error when opening CvPCB with any libraries linked whatsoever.

"An error occurred attempting to load he global footprint library table:

PARSE_ERROR: Expecting "lib" in input/source
... blah blah"

then

"IO_ERROR: Fatal Installation Bug
missing file:
'C:\KiCad\bin\_cvpcb.kiface'

The file, _cvpcb.kiface is in fact in /bin, though.
