Please disable the dependecies to libwxgtk-webview3.0-dev in the
kicad-install.sh script if that package is not available, as with Ubuntu
14.04 LTS, if not strictly necessary.

Ubuntu 14.04 LTS is an important distro so Kicad should work with it if
possible.

When will be in place a ppa with all wxgtk libs packaged for 14.04 we
could safely re-enable those dependencies...
