Re: OSX trackpad build details

Ah, sorry, Bob. I originally added that patch on my branch as wxwidgets-3.0.0_macosx_bug_15684.patch, but it was later added to the product branch as wxwidgets-3.0.0_macosx_scrolledwindow.patch:

http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~gcorral/kicad/osx-trackpad-gestures/revision/5250

I obviously never went back and updated the document. Thanks for catching that. That was for an issue I uncovered while working on this that turned out to be a general issue on OS X.

I've never used osx_build_wx.sh, so I can't comment on that at all. Modulo any errors I created in there, I more or less do what's in mac-osx.txt, which I think was written (or at least updated) by Bernhard.

I'd suggest just working through the steps in the compiling document. You may merge if you want but I don't think it will solve your issues.

There’s an additional patch for wxWidgets and another configuration flag to pass to cmake. After that, as Bernhard said, there’s a configuration option in preferences. Also, 5270 is the branch version. It was last merged with 5424.
