I can't believe no one commented on this yet.  Maybe no one has built
r5562 and run Pcbnew yet.  Clippy has returned from the dead and has
been resurrected in Pcbnew.  Thanks to Orson for this little bit fun on
April Fools day.  Some of you may get your April Fools belated if you
are running nightly builds.  Enjoy.
