Again, there is no arc, and therefore no "arcs, approximated by polylines".

You do not give any info on your system, wxWidgets info and printer.
Developers do not have a crystal ball.

Your issue looks like print issues a very long time ago, on Linux, when
wxWidgets used a very poor resolution in printing (72 ppi)

Can you rebuild the rev 5596 with the *same Linux version and dev tools*
as rev 5628 , to see if it is currently working and if something has
changed between between them.

(You can compile kicad using the Debug mode, to have more message info
during printing)

Kicad sets the printing resolution to medium quality, but does not
handle the exact printing resolution itself, this is the system
(wxWidgets+drivers)
