I think Konstantin's libedit and fpedit icons are better, in that it does
not use the sheet, and I like the pagelout icon better. One could possibly
be away with the pens, but at least as of now with different sizes of pens
is bad. His gerber icon is also more clear.

I still like the old bitmapped "a" for the bitmap2component, while
Konstantin's icon for the pcb calculator also seem pretty good.
