The CMake documentation build system is now pretty much complete. I
have a pull request nearly ready for dealing with images in FOP where
we need to blanket them with "scale-down-to-fit" so that they fit on
the page properly. Currently you could consider the FOP build to be
broken because images often go off the page.

It builds on Windows (SLOWLY!) and Linux.
