Exactly! If you took 50 engineers and told them to each make a fully
defined symbol library for any set or subset of components, you would
likely end up with 50 different libraries. Generally speaking everyone
has different requirements so designing fully qualified symbol libraries
is a tricky business. KiCad has opted to provide generic symbol
libraries for our users since we have no idea how they prefer to use them.
