Hi Mitch,

While this patch adds the inner copper layers and the board outline on 
the Protel/Altium Mechanical Layer 1, there are still a few layers 
'unassigned' and still use the default '.grb' extensions. Among these 
are Dwgs_User, Cmts_User, Eco1_User, Eco2_User and any further 
unspecified layers.

Would there be typical/appropriate Altium/Protel layers assignments for 
these layers that you use?
