I have allowed you to edit it now.
The reason for the front page being locked down a bit, is because of
the donation links. My intention was to not make everyone silently
edit those links.
And btw if anyone else wants edit access to the rest they can not
wirte to me privately or Ajo. But I might probably have a better
response time for the time being.

For some reason, I cannot edit the main page at kicad-pcb.org. I get
the edit option for all of the other pages. Since I cannot edit the
main page, would someone either change the "Localization" link on the
main page to
http://ci.kicad-pcb.org/job/any-kicad-doc-head/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/src/GUI_Translation_HOWTO/GUI_Translation_HOWTO.pdf
or give me edit access to the main page so I can fix it.
