What step of the wizard is very long ?

Assuming you have enabled the Github repository as source, the list of
available libs takes a few seconds to be listed.

Depending on the number of libraries, downloading them takes more time,
but not 15-20 minutes.

How many libs have you tried to download?
Have you a fast Internet access?

More info is needed.
