Hola:

Yo utilizo habitualmente KiCAD en inglés pero ayer me dió por cambiar el 
idioma a castellano. Hay muy pocas partes traducidas, por lo que creo 
que la traducción está parada o abandonada.
A mi no me importa contribuir, no tengo mucho tiempo libre pero, si 
estás de acuerdo, nos ponemos con ello mano a mano.

Existe documentación de cómo traducir la interfaz. Puedes verla aquí:
