OK.  This is where my understanding was wrong.  I assumed the all of the
net class information was added to the combobox as well as the global
settings.  Only the currently selected net class information is shown
along with the global settings.  This seems a bit confusing to me but I
can live with it now that I understand how it works.  Perhaps after the
stable release we should revisit this.
