No such document but basically gcc on linux and windows and clang on
osx. The official policy on MS VS is that we will not support it. The
library dependencies can be deduced from the CMake build config files.

I'm not sure how useful it would be as it is a forever moving target so
maintaining it may be more effort than it is worth. I am not opposed to
someone trying though.
