The fixes was originally found by a report on the kicad forum [1]. I
then started to try to fix some of those issues a looong time ago, and
then Jon added some more fixes. See the attached image for the issues
that this patch patch. It shows the image of a pcb in eagle, and an
image of the same pcb in kicad highlighting some issues. Many of
theese has been fixed in the patch.
