When your switching layers, while editing or adding tracks etc,  it would
be be nice if you could automatically control which layers are displayed.
IE: When your on skill screen layer you only interested in skill screen,
via's, pad's,  top copper, and foot print.
     the enhancement would look up a table of user define's layers, and
only those layers enable would be displayed when change.
This could be under mouse control... etc, by user defined input trigger
events.  This display mask could control how the other layers
are render, order of render, transparency etc..
   (*Which get's in to a second Idea,  import event manage. Which I will
talk about in a another post when I'm ready*).

 This allow  the user to easy reduce the clutter to what ever they like or
needs for that layer in ?.
