Old bzr docs are disabled as for new docs are now in the github repo:

https://github.com/KiCad/kicad-doc

In this page you will hopefully find any info for build docs by yourself.
Please note that now docs are automatically build by Travis CI system so
you can downloading directly the ready made build.
