No, I did not use -DKICAD_SKIP_BOOST=YES. And yes, the version info shows
I'm using Boost 1.54, thanks for the tip:

  Version: (2015-12-02 BZR 6340, Git f4cf050)-product, release build
  wxWidgets 3.0.2 Unicode and Boost 1.54.0
  Platform: Linux 4.1.3-kn x86_64, 64 bit
