Please join me in congratulating Chris Pavlina as the newest member of
the KiCad development team with commit privileges to the KiCad product
repo.  This is a decision that I did not make lightly.  Chris has proven
that he has both the programming skills and just as importantly the team
player temperament that I look for in a developer.  Thank you Chris for
efforts in helping to improve KiCad.
