Re: Opening pcbnew from kicad: ImportError: No module named pcbnew
Try using -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=~/SW.

Given your configuration this should have installed in /usr/local which
is the default value of CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX on Linux. This should have
failed without using sudo.
